By accessing and using the services of Raj Ki Bandi, including our website, catering services, or direct communication channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone accessing or using our services.
Service Availability:
Raj Ki Bandi offers food services during our business hours: Monday to Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Availability for catering services is subject to advance booking, confirmation, and event type.
Booking & Payments:
All catering orders require advance notice and confirmation. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure the booking, depending on the size and nature of the event. Payment details and deadlines will be communicated clearly during the booking process.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event to be eligible for a partial or full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in partial refunds or no refund depending on the preparations already initiated.
Menu Customization:
We offer flexible and customizable menu options. However, final menu choices must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event. Last-minute changes are subject to availability.
Food Safety & Quality:
We take hygiene and food safety seriously. All dishes are prepared using high-quality ingredients under hygienic conditions. While we make every effort to meet dietary preferences or restrictions, we do not guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Liability Disclaimer:
Raj Ki Bandi shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, or damage resulting from consumption of our food, especially if allergens were not disclosed in advance. We also disclaim responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or technical issues.
Intellectual Property:
All content, including logos, menus, and branding materials used by Raj Ki Bandi, are the intellectual property of the business and cannot be reproduced or used without permission.
Privacy & Data Protection:
Your personal information, such as name, phone number, and email, will only be used for order processing, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
